Why does it taste exactly like a malted milk ball?

But with salt? Does salt water taffy actually have a decent amount of salt in it? I’m so confused. This is the experience I was looking for in my order from you: Perplexion. Good job. Also, the salty pickle one reminds us both of something dill-y our Jewish grandmothers used to make but we can’t figure out what.
