Question: When will my order arrive?
Answer: We freeze dry all of our candy in our facility 🍬 Normally, orders leave our facility within 3 business days. Sometimes it may take a little longer due to the size of what is in the order. Once the order is shipped, you'll get a notification with your tracking number.
Question: Why didn't my order arrive on the exact day the shipping suggested at checkout?
Answer: Our shipping and processing times are separate from each other since we freeze dry everything in our facility.
Question: Why am I not getting a response?
Answer: We strive to reply back to all emails and requests as soon as we can. Sometimes it may take up to two business days because we're working diligently to get all orders out in a timely manner. We are not open throughout the weekend.
Question: Why isn't the order claim below working?
Answer: Make sure to put the "#" in front of your order number and use the email address that was associated with your order.
